We are different from a traditional manufacturers' representative firm.  
We provide our clients with hands-on assistance on the plant floor solving their application problems.  Because of this we have a more thorough understanding of our products and how they can solve a client's power or control problem. 

We hope this web site provides some insight to those that are unfamiliar with our services.  For example, please visit the Technical Support section of our web site and you will find application assistance that is usually not available elsewhere on the internet or in product manuals.  We try to show how to use the products from the companies that we represent and we are using the internet as a tool to do this since it is available to our clients 24 hours per day.

In addition we are "on-call" on weekends
through the use of Call Forwarding and email.

We do not spend our time flying around the country
looking for potential manufacturers for us to represent.
Our time is spent here in New England servicing our clients needs.
