Many of the products that we represent are configured or programmed from a personal computer using software from the manufacturer of the product. We are proficient in using their software and in fact serve as a beta test site for them, providing feedback on desired changes before the software is released to our clients.

We do not want to just sell a product but are there to diagnose and solve client's problems. We want our clients satisfied with the products they purchase and will do what we can to ensure satisfaction.
